Recognition for the best mentors was awarded to Ljiljana Markovic  from  Regional Agency for Development and European Integration Belgrade (RADEI), which helped in the development of SME "Sani Optik". Second place is captured by Saša Dedeić of RDA "Branicevo - Podunavlje" from Pozarevac, a third prize were awarded equaly: Nataša Knežević (Regional Development Agency Zlatibor), Ivan Mihajlović (Regional Development Agency "Jug" from Nis) and Radojka Savic ans Ana Peterson ( Regional Agency for Spatial and Economic Development of Raska and Morava districts). The awards were presented by Masashi Takano, team leader of Japanese consultants, and Ana Žegarac from Development Agency of Serbia.

Awards were designed by consultants from Japan and include the participation of all mentors from Serbia who worked directly with companies. The best mentors were chosen by mentors themselves, based on data on the increase in sales, development and innovative achievements in companies that are trained. The main objective of the event is the exchange of experiences in the field and finding new ways to improve assistance to enterprises.

Mentoring program covered the whole territory of Serbia: Subotica, Zrenjanin, Novi Sad, Ruma, Sremski Karlovci, Belgrade, Pozarevac, Kragujevac, Kraljevo, Uzice, Novi Pazar, Niš, Leskovac, Vranje, Zajecar, Krusevac, Loznica and Lajkovac.
