Opening the most important chapters by end of year

Serbia by the end of the year, in addition to chapters 23 and 24, relating to fundamental rights, should open and reform chapters in the negotiations with the EU, which will significantly enhance the public procurement sector, small and medium enterprise and industrial policy, said today the Minister in charge of European integration Jadranka Joksimovic. 

She believes that chapters 5 and 20, which are very important for improving the business environment, the implementation of public procurement, as well as the fight against corruption, will be open until the end of the year, by which time it could be opened and chapters 25 and 26, which relate to science, research, education and culture, which are important for research activities, youth and students. Minister in an interview for Tanjug, a month after the opening of the first chapter in the negotiations with the EU, says he believes that Serbia in 2016 without much hesitation be able to open the chapters for which is reasonably ready, since in the previous year, all of the political preconditions .
