This Ordinance prescribes new unique registration application (JRPPS forms) that users are required to fill out when applying of foundation.

This Ordinance provides that the establishment of a single sign and execute application to the Tax Administration for lump sum taxation of entrepreneurs, or a VAT-payers.

In this way is fully revived one-stop registration system in the establishment of business entities, thanks to which users do not need to submit additional documentation to the Tax Administration, but only filled JRPPS form.
