Serbia 84,8 million from IPA funds

The Serbian government and the European Commission signed an agreement allowing Serbia approves 84.8 million euros from EU pre-accession funds - IPA for 2014.



The agreement was signed by Minister of European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic and director Catherine Vent.
The remaining authorized funds are intended for projects in the field of public administration reform, competitiveness, energy, interior, employment.

It will be financed promote the employment of young, innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, reduction of harmful emissions in the block A4 thermal power plant "Nikola Tesla", strengthening border controls, support harmonization with EU regulations.

Most of the money, 65.6 million euros will be used on the model of indirect management, which means that the program implemented by national institutions, while the Ministry of Finance will be responsible for the implementation of procurement, contracting and financial management.
