Within the implementation of project Establishment and promotion of mentoring services for SMEs in the Western Balkans, which includes Republic of Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, the evaluation team of the Japan International Cooperation Agency – JICA conducted a final evaluation of the project, whose implementation is coming to an end.

 

Within this process, it is also conducted and evaluation of this year’s mentoring cycle, which ends on November 30 2015. The evaluation team is, along with mentors from RADEI visited two mentoring participant – SANI OPTIK and BIO ŠPAJZ on November 11 2015, and interviewed them about their contentment with the content and quality of mentoring service, as well as their suggestions for its further advancement.

In addition to the usual objective, this evaluation has additional significance, since JICA wants to analyze the achieved effects and identify key success factors to create the next phase of the project, which means the continuation of this type of very useful support for domestic SMEs.
