The call is open under all four measures of the program – European Remembrance 2016, Networks of Towns, Town Twinning and Civil society projects. The main theme of the program measures European Remembrance 2016 is commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the beginning of the Yugoslav crisis in 1991.

The Call is open until 1 March 2016.
